• Natural products may differ slightly in colour, texture, and size.
• Net weight may vary within the permissible legal tolerance.
• Best-before date is mentioned on every product package.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

4. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped across India through trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unopened and unused.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Products are packed in hygienic food-grade packaging.
